Auburn Square Apartments

I live it here I love the people!!! Nice size apts with washer dryer in units! Numbered parking spot. Pretty peaceful for the most part but we have our moments sometimes too. Quiet enough to live comfortably, aside from loud engine sounds, which I love. You can hear the traffic from Auburn Way North, to me, just enough so that it feels alive, not like quiet in the woods or something, nice mix. Office ladies are AMAZING!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Decent neighbors more or less, a lot of families. It's clean and kept up, regularly landscaped, pool cleaned, etc. Pool hours are very limited, no weekends, and weekdays are 10am-5pm, I believe. No one on call to supervise the swimmers, the office has to be open and it's not on weekends. There's an emergency maintenance # to call it necessary though. And

My ceiling had a leak that stopped around 930pm reported It using the online portal and submitted maintenance request. He came first thing in the morning and took care of it. Explained what happened and what he did to fix it. I appreciate the fast response. I’ve lived here for 10 years and love it. It’s a very family friendly complex. Manager is quick to respond. She goes above beyond her duties. Lots of the families have been here just as long if not longer than me so our kids had a chance to grow together.

Live here. It's mostly peaceful. Not great area but in the complex it feels homey and I absolutely LOVE my apt and the ladies in the office! They're kind and did his human qualities UNLIKE most of every other leasing office I've been to. They CARE!! It's a housing authority complex and my apt is a few hundred dollars LESS here than it wild be in any other place. They're AMAZING!!! It's strict though, like ALL the other complexes, but to me it's worth it! Got a big washer and dryer in my unit and all the regular amenities. It's also a larger apt and it was renovated i LOVE IT! It's right next⁸ to Bucky's, 711 and am/pm, and there are tons of car dealerships on auburn way north.

I love these apartments! We have great management, a great maintenance team and although the price of these apartments are significantly less compared to most other places you do not feel like you are living in a cheap place. Everything here is very well maintained! The outdoor pool area is my favorite during the summer and is very well kept. Very happy with our decision to live here (:

The staff here really cares and is willing to help with pretty much any kind of paperwork you need assistance with. Maintenance work gets done quickly no matter how small the task is. Rent is decent compared to other areas of auburn, highly recommend.
