I had such a smooth and positive experience leasing here. From start to finish, everything was transparent, organized, and incredibly convenient. There were no surprises or hidden details — just clear communication and a team that genuinely cared. They knew I was serious about renting and were consistently following up, answering my questions, and keeping me in the loop throughout the process. It made what can sometimes feel stressful actually feel easy. UPDATE: I really wanted to renew my lease at Windsor. The views are genuinely amazing and that’s the hardest part about walking away. Unfortunately, the renewal experience itself made the decision easy… and not in a good way! Being told by the new leasing agent, Kelly, that I’m “$900 below market value” while already paying $3,400 a month for a one-bedroom is not exactly a strategy that makes someone feel valued or inclined to stay. That framing alone says a lot about where priorities are right now. On top of that, the living experience has steadily gone downhill. I recently Googled Windsor because a friend is thinking about moving here, and I fully expected to find at least one concerning review. Instead, nearly everything I saw focused on how strong the maintenance is, which was genuinely reassuring. That’s not actually why I’m posting, though. I attended the recent resident event and had a great time. Good crowd, great energy, and I even bought a jacket from one of the vendors (I couldn’t tell you the brand, I just know I like the jacket). I’ve had a very positive experience living at Meriel Marina Bay, both under the prior management and now with Windsor. Maintenance has always been a top priority for me, and historically requests were handled quickly and professionally. I did have one maintenance issue that went unresolved for a few weeks, which was unusual. At the time, I wasn’t aware the building was in the process of being sold. Once Windsor took over, I was contacted the same day, informed the team was aware of the issue, and assured it would be addressed immediately. The response was prompt, the repair was completed the next morning, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations.
