Windsor Leesburg Apartments

Living at the Windsor has been fine. No bells and whistles. Management/Leasing and Maintenance teams are great. Very professional, responsive, accommodating and friendly. The buildings and units are very basic, nothing luxurious that I've found. It is however a decent place to reside. Cleanliness in the common areas and trash rooms is less than desirable. I do feel safe in and around the property. If luxury and pristine cleanliness is your goal, this might not be the place for you. If convenience, feeling safe, a responsive management/maintenance team with decent, basic accommodations meets your needs, this is definitely a good choice.

I am so happy with the experience I've had so far here at Windsor Leesburg! The Office and Maintenance staff are the BEST in Lee's urg hands down! Special shout out to the Service Manager Scott, he is so helpful and pleasant to talk to. If you need any help, he will stop and help you right then and there if he can! I highly recommend Windsor Leesburg to anyone looking for an apartment home.

I’ve been a resident at Windsor Leesburg for a little over four years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond. The front office, especially Karla—has always been warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with every question and request. The maintenance staff is equally impressive, always responsive, reliable, and professional. Johnathan, in particular, is consistently helpful and courteous, and his dedication truly stands out. The commitment of the whole team makes this community feel like home.

Living at Windsor Leesburg, seeing the renovations and new building being built has made me even more satisfied with living here. Windsor is investing into the community and it’s amazing. The Office and Maintenance staff really tend to our needs and make residents feel heard. Special shout out to Scott and the Maintenance team! Could not ask for a better group of men to take care of this property.

Very good complex, staff is always willing to work with you to help meet your needs. This area is perfect and you have everything you need within walking distance. Clean, new apartments with outstanding maintenance team and administrative staff. Highly recommend.
