We chose JC after interviewing several agents. Probably the best choice we have ever made. JC led us through the process, showed us what was important and what were just details that we thought were important. He allowed us to step back and let him handle the process. Although most agents could do the same thing, with JC we had a strategy that maximized our payout. He has a lower commission fee, set a price that got us 6 separate bids that continually increased, and eventually set the record price for our neighborhood. We were not the biggest house and did not have the nicest lot. We also finished closing while on the golf course.
