Windsor Gardens Apartments

I like it here quite a bit and intend to renew my lease for a second time this year. The area is quiet, the apartment is nice, the pool is great, and having central AC is sooooo good. The office has always been highly responsive and really nice whenever I reach out with a need or for help (Laurie has been a great help). Maintenance has always been quick during the few times I've had to request their help. I have to wonder if the majority of people who enjoy living here just do so quietly and it's only the few unhappy former or would-be residents who leave bad reviews ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I lived in a standard 2bd/1ba apartment for a year, then upgraded to a 2bd deluxe. I am a new tenant and have only been here a week, but it's beautiful, quiet, and well kept. My apartment is just the right size for me and my children. The maintenance team is quick to answer your call. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Thank you, Windsor Gardens! :)

We love our apartment! We have been here for almost a year and are extremely comfortable. The apartments are spacious and well taken care of. Our dog loves the balcony space to roam and greet the neighbors. Definitely a great, affordable place to live.

Good morning Elaine... So yesterday I was in my kitchen. The family upstairs was coming in and the young boy was on my patio at my window antagonizing my service dog TIMBER... Before I was able to get to the door, he went to my living room window and was looking into my apartment. I ended up opening my patio door and yelling PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MY WINDOWS!! I then took the parts of the neatly installed gate that I was told to remove for uniformity are now just  laying on the ground, in an attempt to keep him off of my patio. But to have him peering into my apartment at all is very unsettling.. please do something to rectify this situation because I don't feel comfortable addressing people about my right to privacy in my own home. This is my first apartment and I am very happy with it! I have been here almost a year now and I’m excited to renew. Before I moved in, I toured 12 different apartment complexes across the greater Rochester area and I’m confident I ended up with the best option! The staff in the leasing office are so kind and always eager to help however possible and maintenance is quick to help and always does so with care (I have a cat who’s a bit of a runner and I’ve never had a problem!). Additionally, the property is beautiful, the community is quiet and friendly, and the apartments are spacious and nice!
