Windsor Falls Apartments

My husband and I moved here from Boston about a year ago, he is an amputee and the weather and slower life was better for him, with that being said moving to this community has been absolutely the best experience for us, the office staff has been unbelievably accommodating and if we need anything fixed or done in the apartment they are very quick to respond even for the small things, the convenience and accommodation they provide are amazing, no problems with neighbors everyone is so kind and welcoming, the dog park is great for my dogs and the pool wicked convenient,clean and relaxing! Highly recommend! Thank you Becca Jesus and the maintenance staff for all you do we appreciate you!

Jesus at Windsor Falls apt complex was absolutely amazing throughout my entire apt application process. He answered all of my questions -and I had alot- with patience and professionalism. He was informative, responsive and made sure I understood every step along the way. The whole experience felt smooth and stress free because of him. I would recommend Jesus to ayone looking to move to Windsor Falls

They pay more attention to what’s going on in your home than the bugs they can’t keep away and the appliances that’s always breaking I’ve literally contacted maintenance 6 times since ive moved in and only two issues were resolved correctly everything else is still ongoing and I’m tired of the same guys keep coming and not even fixing what I need! The office people are rude especially the only women I know in there I’m a very respectful person and she’s so unprofessional & defensive it’s VERY UNCALL FOR..and it doesn’t sit well with me! I CANT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS OVER!!!!!!

I have been a tenant of Windsor Falls since Sept 2024 and I can honestly say, as a renter for over 10 years, that my experience has been very positive. However, the experience started before I stepped foot on the property. Rebekah (I don’t want to violate her privacy and use her last name) was not only helpful, informed and accessible but she somehow made the arduous leasing and moving experience fun at times 😀- she’s a funny lady. Oh! And she was flexible and made us feel at home right away. She learned my dogs name, and asks about him to this day. There is another area in my past renters experience: maintenance. The maintenance response time and completion was average at best - btw, one of the other properties was one of those so-called luxury and they charged like it too but the servic

For over five years now, we've been living in Windsor Falls. Bekah has been one of the best Assistants community manager's and has helped us a lot with all of our lease questions and requests. Without a doubt, she always has the best attitude and willingness to help. Along with Jesús and the maintenance team, they do a great job and are always willing to help. My family and I are very grateful for all of their attention. Thanks a lot, Bekah.
