Ian was with us every step of the way. He kept us in his sites for the 2 years it took us to find our future home. Once we found it, Ian stepped up to coordinate every part of the closing..from scheduling inspections to providing companies to quote future renovations. As we were not local to this residence, he was our eyes and ears to everything and everyone we needed to deal with. Always available. Never hesitant to contact us or quickly respond to our many and varied inquiries. Cannot speak highly enough of his commitment to making sure the process was as smooth and painless as possible. Cannot go wrong with Ian as your realtor. Highly recommend and would ask him to represent us again tomorrow if the need arose.

Ian is wonderful! He is responsive, a great listener, aims to please and very prompt. Unfortunately, we did not end up buying a home in NC, but we would have definitely stuck with him if we did! Ian Huckabee was EXCEPTIONAL… I’d rank him higher than 5 stars if I could! My wife and I were searching for a property in historic downtown Beaufort for over a year.
