Windsor Encore Apartments

My boyfriend and I just moved into this apartment last week and we have had a great experience so far. When we first got our keys, we went into our unit and it was not the layout we thought it was going to be. Tierra noticed we weren't happy and when we asked if there was anything we could do, she already had a plan to fix the situation. They could've had us stay in the unit we didn't like for 15 months since we signed the lease, but Tierra said that we should never have to settle. She got us moved to a new unit that we love in a matter of 10 minutes and we were still on time for our movers. Other than that, the place is super clean, and very updated. Que Williams was excellent as my leasing agent!! The property is quiet, clean and safe. Definitely one of the best properties I have lived in so far and the staff have addressed any of my issues quickly.

So, I am a current resident here @ the Windsor Encore apartment complex ~ I love it here!!!! ~ I moved here in Oct 2025, from my 27th floor, corner unit, 2bdrm 2 bath, brand new Midtown apartment home, where I experienced a plethora of issues there, and ultimately left ~ Nonetheless, every apartment complex is going to have its issues ~ Check it, living in an apartment, it is a shared space ~ So, point blank and period, if we want to live with NO issues, then we should consider moving into our own individual homes ~ And even then, you will experience some form of an issue ~ Nonetheless, the entire staff here as far my experience is concerned, with my short lived 3 months journey here has been a most welcoming one ~ Especially, when I have called or have sent an email addressing an issue or

I had one of the best experiences with the leasing agent, Shawn. He was not only very knowledgeable about the property, but also made me feel completely comfortable even though I won’t be moving until June. I stopped at the office just for information, and after speaking with him, I truly feel confident about choosing this community. Excellent customer service and an all-around great person.

Been here for 9 months now and they have been making upgrades and renovations and so now you can’t tell me nothing I’m loving my home and enjoying the overall building. It was already great so it’s beyond that now. It makes me proud. They are doing an excellent job! You can’t beat the location it’s in the heart of all things. It’s a win win for me.
