I have never felt more at home than I have here. Bryan our leasing manager has been the most amazing person in this space. Always on top of everything and making sure our community is well taken care of. Don’t know what we would do without him here. I will stay in the community as long as he is here !

I had an amazing experience touring Windsor by the Galleria Apartments and I have to give a huge shoutout to Ellena Jackson for making it unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, Ellena was warm, professional, and genuinely excited to help. She took her time showing me around the property, answered every single question thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire tour. You can tell she really knows the community inside and out — from the amenities to the neighborhood perks — and she explained everything in a way that made it easy to picture actually living there. The apartments and common areas were beautiful, clean, and well-kept, but what really stood out was Ellena’s energy and care. I have been here for almost a year and I love it! Super quiet, love the convenience of the location and very neighborhood friendly esp for walking around. Maintenance is fast which is something I appreciate and management is very inviting! They really make you feel like family here. Cleanliness is great and smells good! They host resident events which have great turnouts as well. Thank you Bryan, Celsee, Carlos and Daniel. :)

Brian from Windsor by the Galleria was extremely helpful when I moved in. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, responsive, and handled everything quickly.
