Windsor by Ivey Homes

Honestly I haven’t met an organization so disorganized. Very dissatisfied with how neglected my house was when I was given the keys of a “new home”. Trying to contact someone is really a hassle, requesting services under the 30 days warranty is also an issue. The repairs needed doesn’t seem to be important once they give you the keys, well in my case I was given wrong keys for house and mailbox, it was corrected 2 weeks later.

After a quick Google search came across this new constructing community and we decided to pop in and take a look at the models. Amanda is amazing if you get the chance to stop in and work with her for your future home she will definitely show you the ins and outs that Ivey home and the Windsor community have to offer.

Nice new neighborhood. I'm told the North Augusta Greenway will also pass through it giving access to that recreational path.

I've always dreamed of owning an Ivey Home. They're highly rated as excellent builders of homes in the CSR area.

Went down to go check on my lot and meet the builder agent Amanda who is always so welcoming, great visit as usual.
