Brandon and John were fantastic. We hired Legacy to do the inspection on my mom’s new house and they made the entire process super easy. They answered every question and concern we had and gave us a detailed explanation of each issue they found, including a few that we didn’t even consider the property had. On a more personal note, my mother in law was having an issue with her gas fire place and could not find anyone to come inspect it in time before the coming cold front. The legacy crew was great to work with. Having 2 inspectors vs 1 to complete the home inspection was efficient with our time and gave reassurance for 2 sets of eyes. They completed the full inspection and provided a verbal overview of what issues they noted and showed pictures. I recommend to pay with check to avoid a 3.5% processing fee for online payment. They will take cash too. Would use again for future home inspections for sure.
