Windsor Addison Apartments

I’ve been looking at moving to the Addison area for a couple weeks now and have finally settled on moving in to IMT Prestonwood. They stood out to me over other apartment complex options in the area due to their professionalism and flexibility, as well as how good the units looked. I was greeted by and toured with Joey, who I would highly recommend to anyone looking to check out IMT Prestonwood. He answered any and all questions I had, as well as being prompt with any followup I needed even days after my visit. I also had the pleasure of working with the community manager, Misty, who was absolutely wonderful. I hope that the staff at IMT Prestonwood continues to be as accommodating and friendly after move in.

From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Zeuma made the entire experience exceptional. She greeted me right away, listened carefully to my list of requirements, and quickly identified an available apartment that met my needs and my move-in timeline. This was the first time I have ever had a truly smooth, easy, and seamless move from start to finish. Zeuma was professional, friendly, and thorough. She answered all of my move-in questions and provided clear, detailed instructions for setting up utilities and next steps. On move-in day, I was genuinely touched to find a welcome kit and a beautiful handwritten card waiting for me in the apartment. That level of thoughtfulness made a big difference. I loved living here and miss it already! I recently moved to be closer to downtown and the move has made me so appreciative of this complex and the people that work here (because most places aren’t like this one). Joey was my leasing agent and he was absolutely wonderful from the time I moved in, to the time I moved out. Furthermore, he made the move-in process easy and seamless. He even stayed late when I was thinking about moving here to provide me with a virtual/zoom tour. He’s just awesome and so thoughtful. From the service end, rest assured someone is always at the front office during business hours to field your questions and needs. They go above and beyond for all residents and do the small (but meaningful) things extremely well because they truly care about the community’s.

I just moved into Windsor Addison at the beginning of the month, but the whole process has been smooth and so far I'm loving it. Joey was helpful throughout the whole process and Zeuma was great on move-in day! I'm hoping the rest of my time here is as enjoyable as this first month has been!

They have recently changed ownership from IMT to Windsor and I can tell you so far I am not liking the changes. I have been living here for almost 6 years now, I’ve referred people here that also live here now as well, but since the change I’ve had to change my previous review. First, everything is so complicated now through their portal app. I could not even get ahold of someone at my actual leasing office and every time I call the number, it’s someone from I’m assuming their corporate office answering. It’s pretty pointless to call if I can’t get someone in my own community office. Also, they now charge you a fee to use a debit card to pay rent which I think is really ridiculous. They use a third party app which makes it legal for them to charge and I wish they didn’t. Considering that
