Windsong Apartments

9/2/2020 We have renewed our lease(in July) to spend another year here. Our opinion of Windsong is the same Linda, Ashley, Dedra(?) are very sweet & efficient, never have a problem. If we have maint issues and its not considered emergency, it does take a little bit. Understandable with the amount of homes & having to deal with a virus pandemic on top of that. I would and I DO recommend Windsong to any familiy members who are struggling financially and want a place that is decent in upkeep outside and inside. Never have we ever had pest problems, landscaping and amenities are great. There might be a few residents here and there that don't take pride in where there live, but you will find that anywhere. I’m very pleased with Windsor Apartments. Big shout-out to Belinda — she has been extremely helpful since day one. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, she responds quickly and goes above and beyond to assist. The community is well-kept, maintenance is fast, and the staff is always welcoming. I’m genuinely happy with the service they provide. Highly recommend!

After leaving my recent review they responded on this site and asked me to contact them. I reached out to them never got a response couple weeks gone by I reached out to them again and still no response. The review that I left which I removed was about how bad security is here. It's about to the point where I feel like I might need to take different measures for security. I've never in my life had anything stolen from me until I moved here. I have been living here for over a year and since I've been here I've already had four or five incidents. First incident my bike got stolen. The second someone came up and stole a package from my door. 3rd incident happened multiple times where someone came up and turned my door handle repeatedly. The tranquility and peacefulness of the surroundings provide a conducive environment for my family and me. Notably, the absence of disturbances from neighbors enhances the quality of life. Furthermore, I extend my gratitude to Miss Belinda, the property manager, for her unwavering commitment to fostering a harmonious living environment. Her proactive approach and willingness to assist residents in any capacity are commendable. Additionally, the front office staff, comprising the girls, consistently demonstrate exceptional friendliness and a genuine desire to support residents. Their assistance is readily available whenever needed.

My experience with the Windsong associates has been exceptional. Very communicative and ready to assist whenever needed.
