We LOVE our new house!! We had a relatively small budget but needed a dedicated room for homeschooling. We also wanted to be able to see into that room even with the doors closed. Mr. Erkinger helped us modify an existing plan to add the school room with glass pocket doors to maximize space and visibility. We couldn’t be happier! This is our first build; we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Mr. Erkinger and his wife made the process as smooth as possible and were incredibly helpful with design ideas. Not only was our house built above existing standards but it feels like home to us. We recommend Erkinger to anyone wanting a new construction.

We have over the years had 5 new homes built. Erkinger Consruction was by far the best building contractor we have ever worked with! They are patient, kind, good communicators and just all-around great people. Our home in Ft. White was completed in 2024, so we have been living in t now for almost 6 months with no issues and it is just a wonderful home! The whole process from design to completion was seamless. The subcontractors they use are known and trusted, so they do a great job and if there is an issue, they correct the problem right away.
