I’ve been at Windover Woods for almost a year and have renewed our lease. Believe me, if I had any issue with Windover Woods I would not have renewed. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in in about 30 years. Since the wife and I were downsizing from a 4 bedroom home we chose Windover Woods as our new home with a two bedroom apartment. Jessie, the apartment manager was awesome, professional and very personable when speaking with us and showing us around the property. She customized our experience for us and went above and beyond during the lease process helping us join the community. After almost a year later Jessie is one of my wife and I favorite people… hands down. The maintenance staff are great as well. Not that I see them often. Jessie is fantastic. She has always gone out of her way to help any time I called on her during my year there. I would definitely recommend Windover Woods under her management. It is a beautiful property and wonderful to live in. It has nice patios to sit out on to enjoy the wildlife in the beautiful wooded areas.

This property is very well maintained. Went for a tour with Jessica and she was so nice & answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to “apply now” like most apartment complexes we’ve seen. If you’re not sure just book the tour you will be glad you did.
