Riverwalk Grand Apartments

Don't be a dope like me. Don't sign a lease with Riverwalk "Grand". We all know the unfortunate truth that apartment owners now decide to build their buildings as cheap as possible and disguise this fact with stainless steel appliances and faux granite counter tops. They feel this gives them the ability to charge $2,100 a month in rent for a two bedroom unit. The walls and cielings are incredibly thin Not only do you here the heavey leaded neighbor upstairs, but I'm convinced I can hear a light switch toggle. These buildings are a year old; when I moved here in August, I was told that the floor pannels are peeling up, and that they will soon be replaced due to some residents tripping over them. It's January, and my building has yet to have the flooring replaced. I thought I'd wait for

The only thing to be aware of is the lack of an elevator. This was a deal-breaker for us, but if you are looking for a beautiful, well-managed apartment and don't mind a few flights of stairs, I highly recommend it. And if you have the pleasure of interacting with Jenny, you'll know exactly what makes this place special. She is professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Jenny addresses any questions or concerns with remarkable efficiency and a warm, positive attitude. It's clear she genuinely cares about the community.

The staff provides excellent customer service. They are very friendly and attentive (especially Ms. Sharon) . We are more than happy with our new home.

Recently moved to Titusville and was able to find this 💎. Small community with big personality. Not to mention by the riverfront. The staff and maintenance have been amazing and diligent with helping its residents and keeping them safe. If anyone is looking for a starter "home" RiverWalk Grand comes highly recommend. Close to all shopping and wonderful restaurants. Tell them I sent you! ❤️

These apartments are beautiful and spacious and they have an enclosed patio. Sharon really shows that she cares for the community there! BUT if you have a problem with being able to hear your upstairs neighbors, then this place is not for you. When we applied they didn’t have any first floors available. We didn’t mind that we could hear our upstairs neighbor. (They moved in like 2 months after us). Sometimes i could hear them in the middle of the night but we had a sound machine so it blocked out the noise for the most part. Our issue was our downstairs neighbor. They moved in about a week or two after us. We have 2 toddlers who love to jump and run, throw things, play with cars. After they came to ask to keep it down, we asked the leasing office if when a 1st floor is available could we
