Edna and her assistant Jennifer are the best realtors in the business!!!! For context, I started working with Edna in 2021 to buy a brand new home to be used as a rental! She found a gem of a house in Titusville and was able to negotiate a great price with the builder! Since then she has found us 3 great tenants! With this most recent tenants, we had previous renters move out a week ago and she has been instrumental in helping us get any needed repairs done to go to list within a week after the previous renter moved out! We live in another state so she has gone above and beyond to be our eyes/ears to help us through the repairs in a timely manner! It gets better…she had an interested renter within an hour of listing and a signed contract within a day! We could not have gone through
