Windover Oaks Apartments

Absolutely wonderful place to live & call home :) I have lived here for almost three years. Staff Julia, Sarah & Kyle are professional, family orientated, very understanding, helpful & always try to work with you Property is always clean and presentable. Maintenance Earl and Dwayne are always very respectful, friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this community as it feels like home :)

get a copy of your David report it's free. My only other complaints are that there's rarely any hot water to do your wash and dumpsters are always overflowing. Also the lady in the back of the office is very hard to deal with.

The staff at Windover Oaks Apartment is always so friendly and willing to help. As a vendor, we get a lot of clients that try to not pay on time but they always have us paid on time. Julia, Sarah, Kyle are always super nice, not just to our team but to all the current and future residents that come into the office. The property is always clean and free of trash. If you are looking for an apartment to rent, you need to check out their property!

More than 5 stars! I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and it’s a Beautiful place to live! Management, Julie, and maintenance work hard to keep Windover Oaks a safe and clean environment to live in! My dogs are also spoiled by the team ❤️
