Deanna at Windmill Realty did a wonderful job selling a home for my sister and I. We came into it with no experience selling and Deanna’s knowledge and guidance was a godsend. After the inspection, she worked with local contractors and arranged repairs for us. She arranged cleaning services and someone from her team checked the house before transferring it over to the buyer. We were both located out of state, but Windmill Realty made signing documentation very easy with online notary.

Deanna was kind considerate and did everything in per power to make selling our home and buying our new home as smooth as possible. She is extremely educated and helped us through the entire process! I would recommend her to anybody, she’s phenomenal!!

Heather has helped our family find a great and perfect first time home. She was easy to work with, easy to get ahold of and was on her a game through the entire process. And able to keep and maintain great communication between loan officers and many other involved. First, I reached the owner of Windmill Realty who was very professional & he referred me to his agent Hesther to show me a property the same day which was important for me as I was 4 hours from home & wanted to see this property on the way home. I was very thankful for the prompt service with a great attitude versus a previous firm who said they did not want to make the “ long” drive to the property!
