The first house we put in an offer for, which was not listed with Wagons West, had so many problems after the inspection that we decided to cancel the offer, and the seller, from California, was having a fit about it, but Shelly stood firm and backed us up all the way. Found another house, that we fell in love with. Offer was made and Shelly worked her trail off with the sellers agent. All went smooth as glass from the offer to the closing. Each offer a different personality and friendliness for every individual's realty dreams and needs. Not only that, they listen, they are fun, and they make you feel at home.
