The location is absolutely beautiful — with breathtaking views of the Shenandoah Valley that make every day feel peaceful and refreshing. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent amenities. The clubhouse is a great place to unwind, and the swimming pool is perfect during warmer months. The grounds are kept in great shape, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. Management is generally responsive and professional, though there’s room for improvement in how quickly maintenance requests are handled. Sam is an AMAZING Assistant Manager and has truly made my experience at Windigrove wonderful. She has gone above and beyond for me from day one, even back when I was just touring apartments and considering options. She was so kind, friendly, and patient with me as a prospective resident—and that same level of care has continued now that I’m six months into my lease whenever I reach out to the office! Nothing ever feels like a hassle with her; her customer service is genuinely outstanding. Her support made a real impact on my decision of where to move, and I’m still so glad I’m here. I lived at Windigrove for about 4 years and my husband for about 5. The parking situation is terrible and needs to be remedied. There’s no visitor parking except on the street where I’ve seen vehicles get rear ended. They now have a parking permit for guests, which you have to request during business hours so not great if you have a guest who comes frequently or after closing. For one year, we lived with a family above us whose two small children would run upstairs for 10-12 hours a day. (YES, the entire day and the entire year expect when they infrequently went out of town). I was a student at the time so I was home at odd hours of the day and hated coming home during that time. This review is not from the standpoint of a resident, but from that of an applicant. The staff at wendigrove are amazing, helpful, and most importantly, extremely patient! Nina, one of the ladies taking calls at the front desk, was extremely kind and polite in answering me and my significant others questions (even though we called her about 1 million times). She was even the one who gave us our tour. I feel she, in particular, deserves a shout-out for how smooth she has made this process. Thank you, Nina!

I love my apartment! I always tell my family and friends I’m never leaving. I love the location. It is very convenient and a great neighborhood. The space is perfect fit. There is a pool, playground, gym and clubhouse and dog park for the fur babies. Great place to live!
