We recently built our first Greenwood Home in Creekwood Village and we had an amazing experience. Ashleigh, the sales manager, was absolutely wonderful. She has a genuine care for the prospective homeowner. When small bumps occurred during the process, as they often do, she had outstanding communication and was efficient to get things resolved quickly. Our townhouse was completed sooner than expected, despite weather delays. The craftsmanship is meticulous. A huge thanks to Benton, the project manager, for the hard work and commitment to detail.

Our story is pretty simple, our old home was not our future or our major renovation project. We recognized the quality & design of Greenwood Homes and got more info. Their model home hours were very helpful and we asked lots of questions. Each team member had solid answers or were eager to get us an answer within a few days. After signing an agreement we had a good experience working with more Greenwood team members to personalize our new home. There were bumps, but in all honesty just pay attention and ask if something doesn’t look right. Everyone was always willing to look into it. The efforts truly resulted in an incredible new home that already exudes a great deal of value to us.
