Not the best place to live for me. But others enjoy the environment. Parking area clean i only visited a friend home.

Unprofessional Experience and Lack of Transparency I was in the process of moving into this apartment complex and submitted a holding fee with the understanding that I had 48 hours to request a refund if I chose not to proceed. I contacted the office to inform them that I would not be moving in, only to be told that I had missed the 48-hour window and my holding fee would not be returned. However, I was informed that the office is closed on weekends, and my attempt to reach out on the next available business day (Monday) was still met with refusal. This feels both misleading and unprofessional, as I was not given a fair opportunity to retrieve my funds within the stated timeframe. Communication and transparency have been extremely disappointing, and I would caution others to be aware of

WINDHAM CHASE APARTMENTS ‼️ This is retaliation! A St. Louis mom with kids is being forced out of her home for only one month’s rent. Even though the state and outside help tried to step in and pay, the leasing manager blocked every attempt using personal beef as an excuse. Why? Because the tenant spoke out about fraud, backdoor deals, and shady money-handling inside the office. Now, instead of doing what’s right, the leasing manager is trying to make her bow down or get out. 🗣️ ..

I will be filing a law suit for defamation due to the lies they told about me being evicted and owing them 3000 dollars which stopped me for getting approved for my condo

Horrible!! The leasing office is ghetto. You have to communicate with maintenance thru Google translate since they don't speak English. They entered my home without notice and tracked mud thru the apartment. They cut a very large chunk out of my wall weeks ago and won't patch.They send email blasts about every eviction or late fees that don't even apply to you, its very disheartening and annoying.They charged me for "not having renters insurance " when it was a requirement to have it before they gave me the keys. Don't rent from them or Dynasy/Stonegate Management unless you enjoy a headache!
