Dawn Griffin and her team were outstanding from the very first time I met her and Tina at my senior Dad's house to start the process of selling the house after Mom had passed. She explained how she believed was the best way to market the house, and what steps I should take during the process to get it ready to sell. She had a timeframe plan and we followed it, and we received offers as soon as it was listed before the Open House, for more than the asking price.
