Only giving two stars because it’s a decently nice apartment and in a nice location and the maintenance people were fine. Other than that, terrible experiences with communication, management, etc. I could write a lot about our experience but the one thing I want everyone to know is this: after you move out, you are responsible for rent for the nine days after you move out. Essentially you cover their turnover time. I have never known any other apt company to do this, but what is especially ridiculous is that management is VERY particular about how well you clean, essentially the unit should be move in ready and spotless when you move out. They even make you pay to have the carpets cleaned before you leave. And you have to patch nails holes yourself. Yet they need nine days to turnover the

The WORST apartments out there. Terrible management company. The apartments look really nice, but everything in them is dirt cheap and brakes. I had an ant issue in my apartment and they never helped me. I spent $100's of dollars on solutions to get rid of these ants in my KITCHEN! My garage door broke at least 4 times, I only lived there for a year, and every time I asked for someone to come and fix it, it would take 2 weeks. The floor in the kitchen was showing through and they never had fixed it, when they told me they would as soon as I moved in. Nothing included with the apartment and ONLY 1 closet in the entire apartment. I will never rent with this management company and don't think anyone else should either.

Apts are nice but be careful they have a clause in the contract that allows them to change the rules in the contract at will. The apt manager was amazing but doesn't make up for the management company.
