We were very pleased with our home-selling experience with Lori Dibbs. We established a plan several months before the home went live. We were given great direction on what to prioritize to make the sale successful. She strategized so that we had maximum traffic in a short time period and a high number of bids. It couldn’t have gone better!!! We had 33 showings in 3 days, which resulted in 19 offers! She presented them to us in an organized spreadsheet so we could compare them in several categories. Her real estate knowledge is expansive and was very helpful in reviewing our offers. Our property was sold for $41,000 OVER our list price.
