New, upscale residential community featuring Toll Brothers home including all the newest conveniences and amenities.
My sales rep was amazing, shout out to sales rep Aaron Schreiner. Home is beautiful. Area - amazing. All this about Toll Brothers is great. Home Warranty Support: Ha...biggest joke team there is. Absolutely horrible - never call or email you back in a timely manner - service. Takes WEEKS or OVER 2 MONTHS to get something done. Most tickets are handled by literally 1 person. Is he part-time or always on PTO? I think I submitted over 12+ tickets and maybe had 3-4 things touched. I got tickets that go over a few months now. Absolute joke.
