Chris was instrumental in my home purchase in Boynton Beach FL. My wife and I would like to thank the Cast Home Loans team for their help with our mortgage loan. Not only was Chris responsive, professional and reliable through the whole process, but his reputation in the Palm Beach County area and extensive network was a huge help. We were making an offer on a house that just had a deal fall through because the previous buyer’s financing didn’t get approved. So the sellers were now very skeptical of new offers and wanted to make 100% sure that they didn’t waste any more time on accepting offers where the financing is unsure. What ended up saving us is that the seller’s agent actually knew who Chris was and had worked with him before. Chris saved one of his deals that almost fell through in
