Great experience with Windfall Homes! All of the workers are respectful and so helpful with any questions we had. Throughout the journey they made sure everything was just as we wanted even when it meant that something had to be changed out, moved 6inches, or repainted a different shade. Workers were there before it was light out and stayed well after dark. We were told that we would be able to spend Christmas morning in our new home. The guys showed up first thing Christmas Eve to wrap things up and make sure we had what we needed in place to be comfortable. So thankful for Windfall Homes and every person on their amazing team!

After five years in our new Windfall home, we ran into the need to seek out Adam's assistance. He and Herb responded right away and worked with us to correct the issue - that day!! It turned out not to be a build issue, but we worked together to remedy the situation properly, timely. and fiscally! We still love our Widnfall home, and Adam is very professional and great to work with. We definately would build with Windfall homes again!

Extremely happy with Adam and his crew from windfall homes for their work and professionalism in our home project. Adam is available nearly 24/7 and kept us informed and worked with us tirelessly to build what we wanted and within our budget. Our family has stick built in the past however experiencing the modular building process I would certainly go this route again. I'd definitely recommend Windfall Custom Modular Homes. Adam built our house and whenever we had a question or needed something he always got back to us in a timely manner. He was very up front about the process and timetable. Be aware you're buying a real house, not a pop up double wide. The house will probably be set in one day, but the finishing work takes time. Don't expect to move in the next day. The wait was well worth it and stuff was done right not rushed. Our house is completely custom. Adam will guide you through what can be done within code and box size limitations. You'll know the floorplan well before construction begins. Any issues that did arise were dealt with. We let the crew do their job and everything went pretty smoothly.
