10/10 I will ONLY use Janie locally! She helped to speed up the process when the seller was slowing it down, and she also made accommodations for us to sign on a date that worked for us. She is a polished PRO and made it so we could bring our son to share in the excitement!

I can not recommend this closing company strongly enough. Diligent, thorough, EXTREMELY reasonably priced. I had the misfortune of dealing with a lender who can not be spoken of politely; absolutely wretched experience.
