Dave Tanforan with the Roseville branch is a tremendous asset to their team! My wife and I went with Dave to assist us in buying our first home. BEWARE This company is absolutely horrible. ********************************DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ******* THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED DUE TO THIER FAILURE TO SEND A PLUMBER IN A REASONABLE TIME. My family of 6 was left with no bathroom all day long over 8 hours. Water was seeping out from the base of the toilet and they made us wait all day long for a plumber . We had family in town it was so embarrassing. Then they tried to blame us for the damage. Bad for renters bad for landlords.

Excellent sales force. Ellen Grivna sold our house in 11 hours. Worked hard to stage house & helped us with many tasks. Priced house at right number & made sure all paperwork, etc. was in proper order. Hardest working realtor we ever met.
