We touched bases before our client's offer was accepted and quickly were able to get on the same page between Jaime, the buyer's agent and myself. Jaime was juggling multiple sellers for their departing residence, coordinating our buyer's timeline and then the multiple seller purchase properties. She did all this is ease, control, calmness and in full communication throughout escrow. We had a 19 day close over the Thanksgiving holiday, and thankfully the sellers were happy closing in 15 days.
