Most of the reviews are written were written by their real estate agents, not from actual buyers. Should have noticed this earlier, my experience was not horrible. but I do feel I overpaid, was not helped enough and was not given the good information with the excuse of "thats what they told me" being the default fallback. If I am supposed to be paying for experience whats the point of just messengers.

Phenomenal group of people to work with -- friendly, knowledgeable, supportive management and a great support staff. Many 10+ year agents provide great mentoring and a rigorous training program for the newest of agents. I've been here 13 years and have no intention of ever looking elsewhere. And the new building is fabulous - love bringing clients in!

Travis & team did a wonderful job selling my Kirkland condo. They staged it beautifully, provided an abundance of advice on what sells and timing of sale, and ultimately surpassed my desired sale price. Would definitely work with them again.
