This company is outstanding. We had many conversations with Kevin. He listened to what we wanted to do, gave suggestions and was a delight to work with. He brought in all of the necessary people to give us an estimate. He introduced us to an architect which we used. This relationship helped us decide to hold off on the remodel. She was also excellent to work with. In a couple of years when we do a larger remodel we will definitely call them.

I was very conflicted about needing to do a very large residential remodeling project and the exorbitant costs of getting everything I wanted for me and my family at the conclusion of a major addition/remodel. Over the decades I’ve hired many contractors for home projects. Alair is far the best. They are in consistent contact, always on the job.They work is superior. Surprisingly they finished ahead of schedule. Unheard of for construction.
