My company relocated me to Moses and set me up with this agency. Little did I know my personal experience with Kandi would be marred by a total lack of integrity and transparency. So Kandi had me sign an agreement to show me homes. Washington state law. That’s fine. But what Kandi failed to tell me was I could define the timeframe. It could be for 1 day, one address, or anything I wanted up to 6 months. Kandi, again with a lack of integrity or transparency, placed 6 months to lock me in. Now you could say it’s my ignorance for not knowing and that would be true. Kandi never explained the tenets of what I was signing. Kandi showed us a handful of homes. No more than three excursions. My personal opinion Kandi lacked the professionalism and grit to help get me in a home. So I fo

I can't say enough good things about Linda Black, who represented my interests when I purchased a lovely home in Dune Lakes Development. She took so much care to curb my exuberance when it was against my interests, as I was occasionally overly enthusiastic about my purchase. At the same time, she took extraordinary care to answer all my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. If she doesn't know something, she knows someone in Moses Lake who will have the answer. Kudos to you, Linda Black! You are the best!

We used K-2 Realty to try and purchase a home just to be let down. We put lower offers on other houses and then when we found one that we were really interested in enough to pay full price, our real estate agent (Melanie) let us down. She procrastinated putting in the offer and then came back to us stating that the house was already pending contract, which was a boldface lie. We called up the real estate company and the house was still accepting offers. I would not recommend this company for any of your needs whether you are renting from them or trying to purchase a house. They are not there to support your needs.

To all potential Windermere of Moses Lake customers: please stay far away from this branch! When we moved in October 2015, we moved there because we needed a bigger home quickly and it was the first we found in our price range that fit into our size needs. We jumped at the opening without knowing what all was wrong with the house. There are several electrical issues, to start. If you use more than a few plugs, half the house would randomly shut off. The bathroom has a non bathroom grade outlet, which is illegal and not up yo code. The garage had an outlet that was just dangling and could be reached by our toddler, which we fixed on our own. One of the best for rentals there kind and understanding, there honest and professional. They where considerate of my schedule and making sure i got the rental i wanted and where open about what would effect the deposit and what to do to get that back and actually went through the entire house and did the deposit checklist with us. They always answered our calls and really gave me the sincere friendly and kind customer service that made them stand out from other agencys if i ever need a real estate agent this is where i would go and i try to find the best of the best for everything so thats my saying of this is the best reale sate agency.
