The Vintage

I’ve had an awesome experience living at The Vintage. The community is clean and quiet, the location is super convenient, and the office team is friendly and responsive. Special shout-out to the maintenance man, Cliff—he’s the best! Every time I’ve submitted a request, Cliff shows up quickly, explains what he’s doing, and makes sure the job is done right. He’s professional, polite, and clearly takes pride in his work. Thanks to Cliff and the whole team for making this a great place to call home!

0 star!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! The land lord is very difficult to work with. They scam you when it comes to getting out of ur lease. They don’t give ur deposit back. Neighbors are load. Trying to find parking sucks. The other workers are difficult to work with. They know nothing about the place and can’t help you with basic questions. We are trying to move out and it’s been HELL with these people!!!

Kassidy was kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and showed me around! Gorgeous complex very well maintained. Super friendly neighbors too!!!!

They just allow anyone to move in here don’t they, I hate coming home due to loud neighbors there’s never anywhere to park there’s like 5 cars to one apartment you try to leave and they have their visitors blocking the garage or blocking you in from leaving people constantly jumping the fence in the back you never know who’s just going to be outside just roaming around up and down the stairs I’m not sure why they tried painting the building and the parking spots it doesn’t make up for the people that live here. The rent is to expensive to deal with the type of people they allow to move in

Great experience, specifically with Cliff in maintenance. He’s always prompt, kind and professional. I know if anything is ever wrong or needs to be looked at or fixed the only person I want answering the call is Cliff!
