Wendy is an amazing realtor she was so helpful she explained things to me when I didn’t understand and when I had any questions, she was always on top to answer them and get me the information I needed. Wendy listened to my concerns and help me find house that fit my price range she didn’t give up until we found my home. She was professional and courteous and I absolutely adored her. Honestly, this is my first time with GMTPM. My apartment complex was taken over by them when the owner sold (a family friend) the transition was very smooth, my rent DROPPED by $50! They are pet friendly in some places, at my place they put in dog curbs (trash cans with bags for poo) 2 of them! One at each building! They come and change it once a week. Also my apartment was in bad shape. They got me a new stove, fire alarms and fixed the roofing at the entire complex within 2 months of take over! Anything I ask for they deliver! Very nice people very nice office staff, cheap rent and you can pay on line! Just make sure that if you pay rent 2 times in the same month, like pay early, tell them you did! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the agents here and my agent that I work with in particular Dan A has seen me through four transactions and many more to come in the future I hope. You get people with a lot of local experience, but also a lot of experience in general to teach people investing in real estate where did develop their assets. You might come into a small town where they are but you get a lot of real world class, experience, education, and service I would put them at the highest. The property management team also does a wonderful job of preserving peoples investments by providing good quality renters, and maintaining properties for investors who live far away. Truthful about their tenant requirements in person, but they do outright advertise to homeless people through the Housing Authority when they wouldn't accept any tenants from the homeless program that they advertise with directly. At least they didn't steal my application fee by not directly saying that they would automatically refuse my application, but informing me that it would be a waste of my money to file an application. Windermere wasn't as truthful and as far as I'm concerned they stole that money by informing me that a 1 day gap in my rental history was an automatic denial AFTER I paid the fee. More honest than Windermere who steals the application fees and laughs at applicants for the same program which they also advertise for.
