sales team is great Sonja and Kelly did amazing job. In reality execution team show cased poor quality of skill set while building home. some novice person was putting nails where it’s not needed and missing where it’s needed its like kid got nail gun in hand to play. Need trained and professional workers to build a house - it’s not a matchbox. Shea outsourcing contract to vendors to get the job done without asking experience of staff members which results in poor quality of material and work being done. Every mistake you point they blame to contractor and brush off with reason “Human error” and customer needs to understand this ? Shea Homes Carolina has to be the absolute best 5-star builder around. Above & Beyond is just their baseline. From Sonja in sales, Trey in design, and all the boots on the ground building, we have been blown away with the extraordinary level of customer service throughout the entire process. There is no other "production" builder in the Carolinas that can even touch this level of service. In a time of profits over people, its stops with Shea. I'm sincerely impressed. Thanks guys!

The sale team is great, but the team building the houses in that neighborhood are both wildly attractive AND enormously capable. What a great group of awesome people!
