Revere at Tega Cay

I do not recommend living here. The problems started at move-in. We were approved for a nice apartment near the pool, but on the day of move-in we were told it was no longer available. Instead, we were given a much worse unit, with all windows facing a busy road. During almost 2 years of living here, it became clear that tenant treatment is poor. The carpet was already in bad condition when I moved in. I submitted 2–3 maintenance requests for damaged areas, which were acknowledged and repaired locally. At move-out, I was charged for a full carpet replacement, as if the carpet had been brand new. After extensive back-and-forth discussions and providing documentation, the charges were reduced by more than $1,000, which clearly shows the original amount was inflated. The agreed final bala

When we first moved to Revere at Tega Cay, we genuinely enjoyed living here. Concerns were handled promptly, and residents felt respected. Unfortunately, that standard has declined significantly. For an extended period, we have dealt with continuous excessive noise from the unit above us, including heavy stomping and running late into the night and throughout the day. This has severely impacted our ability to rest and peacefully enjoy our home. We have contacted local authorities multiple times and are in the process of obtaining official incident reports. Despite repeated complaints and documentation, meaningful enforcement of community policies has not occurred. Instead of addressing the ongoing disturbance, we were asked whether we would prefer to move. That response does not resolve

Pablo did an excellent job installing the dishwasher in my flat. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. The installation was done smoothly and neatly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciated his helpful attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend Pablo for maintenance work.

We had a wonderful experience moving here! Yasmine was very helpful and welcoming, and Pablo is quick and awesome at handling any maintenance requests. Melinda and Kara have been great as well. The apartments are spacious, and it’s such a quiet and peaceful community.

I moved out of my apartment January 2, 2026. On January 6, I received a phone call from Jasmine one of the agents at Revere at Tega Cay. On the voicemail, she asked me to call the office, so I did so, she informed me that maintenance came across my jewelry in the apartment (my wedding rings, my husband wedding ring, Movado watch, Kate Spade watch, Tiffany bracelet, Diamond earrings, several sunglasses etc.) I had the flu when I was moving, so I definitely was not thinking clearly. I said all of that to say. Not only the maintenance crew and the office team are quick to respond to service requests Or any Issues in that matter. They’re also honest men and women.
