Ms. Brooke is the best leasing agent I’ve ever met. She’s truly a woman of action and can have you moved in within 24 hours, provided your requirements are ready. I’m also very impressed with the property manager’s leadership and the efficiency of the entire team. For the first time in a long while, I truly feel at home.

While I was living there, I was followed around the entire complex by two older men who lived at the complex, management did nothing except tell me next time to call the police. Other than that, I had no issues while living there. When it came time to move out is when I faced issues. First I was sent a reminder about renewing my lease in November when I had emailed them notice prior. I called to confirm they had gotten my notice about not renewing back in October and they assured me it was a reminder I could disregard. Then in December when I received my account balance, it was for the whole month, when it was supposed to be prorated. When I called and questioned it they told me they had not received my notice. I told Anthony I had submitted it in an email and he said they only take writte

I’ve lived here for over 10 yrs. I left for one year and came back because this has always been home. The manager Anthony, welcomed us back with open arms. Anthony is very friendly and hears his residents. The apartments are affordable and in a great area. They’re old buildings, so you’re going to have the common issues. The maintenance team I very friendly and respectful as well.

The worst apartment complex in San Antonio. Don’t be fooled by the reviews, they are the most worn down buildings with a bunch of sketchy people living in the neighborhood. The neighbors are weird and stares at everyone as you’re driving by. The management are liars and rude as hell. The leasing office is either never open or always late to open. The bathtub, counters, sinks are old and just painted over instead of actually being cleaned. The management knows that but will still charge you for “damages” on your final notice even though the bathtubs and sinks have calcium build up upon move in. They charged me over $1200 for blinds that were in great condition, countertop “damages” even though the countertops are this weird texture and impossible to clean, and ceiling damage that was creat

If I could give 0 star to this place, I would. The manager is incompetent and a liar. Two years of me telling them to fix the bathtub and no one ever showed up. Animals in the ceiling constantly digging holes specially at night. I had my wife scooter stolen on the property since they have a non functional gate. Mailbox being broken into and packages constantly being stolen. And when you decide to vacate, they have the nerve to try to charge you for a bathtub that was already busted to begin with. Well they have found the right one. The apartment is 708, if you value your peace and sanity avoid this place at all cost. I forgot to mention, they bribe people into giving them a good review.
