Winchester Arms

Very nice apartments! I lived here for a year-and-a-half and was very happy with the apartment itself, as well as the management team. The units (mine at-least) are clean, comfortable and modern. I particularly liked the granite countertops. All the appliances were new, or nearly-so and the secure package room keeps your deliveries safe from the elements and thieves. I had no real problems to speak of, and the few, minor issues I did have were dealt with quickly and satisfactorily by the excellent staff. A great place to live in a very convenient location for commuters.

Winchester Arms is a great apartment complex to reside in. It is exceptionally well maintained. They offer a variety of activities for tenants, and the management and teams are very cooperative. As a tenant, I am pleased to be here and feel secure.

I have lived at Winchester Arms for several years. I absolutely loved living here. I love the updates that were done in the apartments. The wall colors are calming and they compliment the updated appliances. John, the newest to the maintenance department is a pleasant young man. I thought no one could replace Kurt, but John truly cares about the residents of Winchester Arms and is quick to respond to any messages you leave on the answering machine. John values your input and any concerns you msy have . Emily in management is also doing an awesome job in keeping the residents informed of fun time gatherings. The buildings are maintained and hallways are always cleaned. I was sad when I moved away from here. My neighbors were pleasant to one another.

Constantly rotating management, they never seem to do anything. I was dealing with a neighbor harassing me for almost a year, I made several complaints to 3 different property managers and they all seemed content to do nothing. The issue has never been resolved, the harassment continues, which is why I am moving out. After living here for 3 years you start to notice the landlord special type of things too. Shoddy paint job, floor vinyl poorly applied, creaky heating system, terrible soundproofing, hot water supply that doesnt fully serve the complex (if someone else on your trunk is running their dishwasher, you cant run yours) The apartment itself is in a decent location, I love willand pond and being right next to route 16 is convenient, the maintenance staff for the most part are pret

We’ve been living here since June of last summer and love it! We have a baby, and have made great connections with other families in the building. The property is under NEW management, and Jessica is fantastic! A big change for the community. The apartment is clean, newly renovated, and very quiet due to sound-proof walls and floors. You can hear someone as they walk by the apartment door, but that’s it. Kurtis, our maintenance guy, is friendly and very active on site. The rent is reasonable. I highly recommend!
