Absolutely the worst realtor ever. We have used James Lamb Jr to sell our home for nearly 10 months and it has been nothing but disaster. He doesn't look out for our property at all (we live in Florida). He has refused to release us from the remaining 2 months on our contract and was annoyed when we refused to accept an offer $20k less than our original asking price. Can't wait for contract to finally end.
