WIN Home Inspection

WIN home inspections missed dozens of live open electrical splices, rat droppings, and a dead rat in a trap above a drop ceiling in the basement of a home I purchased. These issues were plainly visible with a flashlight and a couple seconds of effort to pop up the easily removable ceiling tiles. The inspector also did not note the presence of ancient BX wiring with cloth covered insulation despite looking inside the main breaker panel. Edit: My inspection was done by Brad L
