Fairfield at Kings Park

Terrible apartment complex. Fairfield absolutely ruined this place once they took ownership. The old company that owned this complex was great and actually cared about their residents. Fairfield does no maintenance around the apartments or landscaping. All of the bushes and plants are dead, the old company used to come into the apartments every six months to do maintenance on the HVAC etc, now there is none of that. There are no working security cameras, parking lot lights barley work or don't work at all. It really looks like this "luxury" apartment is turning into Section 8 housing while rent still seems to climb. Just like how Fairfield apartments ruin all apartments they have ruined this one. I advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this monopoly. They don't care about their residents only bu
