My family and I have worked with Wilson realty for the last 6 years after getting out of the military. He helped us find an apartment to stand while transitioning and a new house soon after. I recently had a question about a privacy fence in my backyard and Jim himself made a visit to discuss options. I would highly recommend working with Wilson realty anytime you're looking for a house or wanting to sell yours.

I've asked my broker (which does NOT work for Wilson) to request financial data on a potential investment properties (multiple!) that Wilson Realty was the listing agent for multiple times. Not even a word back. I know when i'm selling my properties I would never use them since they aren't serious about selling properties
