I lived here for 3 years and regret it. So many problems. The building manager is rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive to emergencies. I once got locked out of my apartment and had to ask another tenant for help because the building manager wouldn't answer my calls. The tenant easily broke into my front door using a credit card. Not a safe place for a single female to be living alone! Key fob entry is a joke when the front doors are unlocked during business hours and anyone can walk in and break into your apartment with just a piece of plastic. Thank God I didn't get robbed. My laundry unit was broken when I moved in. It flooded my bathroom within the first few months of living there. The apartments are very nice and cozy. Big windows which is extremely nice! The apartment manager gets back with you in a timely manner and is very easy going and easy to work with. She’s attentive to all concerns that may arrive. Location is phenomenal since it’s downtown and there’s a variety of things within walking distance. Also love that it’s key fob entry :)

We loved the exposed brick and old wood floors here. The building was redone to be quite impressive for the price. My wife and I lived here for just over a year. Our experience with management was mixed. Sometimes things were handled quickly and very professionally and we were impressed. Other times it was very frustrating. The leasing manager is there maybe 2-3 days per week at most and can be difficult to reach. Most tenants we spoke to had trouble reaching the manager. Maintenance was good. Also busy and works several other buildings very far away. Try not to have an emergency... The fire alarms were having issues at the commercial kitchen on the first floor, so they went off several times - sometimes in the middle of the night.
