It was a bad experience for me from the sales person to the builder in charge of my house, as a first time home buyer because my backyard doesn't drain and have been putting in a work order for a year and 7months but no response. I barely have a backyard but the little I have I can't even use it. But overall they are good especially the bank just watch the backyard and make sure it don't have standing water when it rains before moving in

It used to be called kennard's farm. He owned a few grocery stores. Very nice man. I like that the people who own it now respected his horse's and land. It is pretty much the same as it was 30+ years ago. That shows a lot of character in my perspective.

They will do anything to sell a house even if it means screwing you with taxes in two years because they didn’t do business properly. save yourself the headache and buy from literally anywhere else.

We recently purchased our home in this neighborhood, Bryce you were the first one to take care of us, and you are THE MAN, Morgan you had big shoes to fill out and you do, you are AMAZING, thank you guys for making this experience a great one and Klint, thank you for all of your help, please don't block our number lol (joking)
