Wilshire Hills Apartments

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I lived here for 8 years and only moved since my job was a far commute from Wilshire Hills. Otherwise I probably would have stayed longer. The staff was very friendly and helpful and maintenance was always thorough and efficient with any repairs needed. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend this place to anyone :)

I just signed a lease for my second year at Wilshire Hills. I am VERY happy here. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with, maintenance is prompt, property is kept neat and clean.

Nice apartments. Well maintained. Lots of parking spots are usually always available. Very quiet apartments. Cannot hear any noise *within reason, of course!

Be cautious about renting from here! I lived here for one year and had so many issues with nonstop noise, poor management, and unit quality issues. When I first applied, I had to literally beg to view the unit i was signing the lease for. The bedroom in the "basement units" also do not have any WINDOWS, even though the floor plans they show on their website show the unit having windows... which i believe is not legal and a fire hazard. I was told I could move in on February 1st, but due to renovations/updates they were doing, nothing was done on my move in date. There were no door handles on the doors, nothing was hooked up correctly (lights, oven, fridge ect.) and there was still painting that needed to be done. So I could not move in officially for over 1 week. I had to stay at my mom's
