Jeff has been the best Realtor we could have in this hectic home buyers market. He’s very knowledgeable of the Lancaster County Area, traffic patterns at locations, local spots and expected appraisal values. With everyone waiving inspections, Jeff provided us with insight to the areas we should look into when touring a home, as well as any unique or historical characteristics of the homes we saw. When touring homes he’s present focused and listens to what your opinions are on the home without providing any biases. Anyone fortunate to work with Jeff has a realtor who wants to put you in your perfect home.

Jeff was absolutely amazing and so personable. With the current housing market we were very stressed. But Jeff always remained calm and was supportive during the whole process. He was always responsive and gave amazing advice. He answered all our questions. You can tell he has tremendous amounts of experience and we trusted him over all the months of searching. The biggest help was his knowledge about possible maintenance issues and knowing what to look for when touring that we may have missed. Even after settlement, he continued to check on us and gave us contacts for reputable plumbers, electricians, etc. could not have gotten through it and got our beautiful home without him!

Jeff Peters was fantastic. He has great attention to detail and is not afraid to tell you difficult things that may come up regarding each house that you see. Jeff was such a huge help to us in finding our first home! He was extremely patient as we asked him a bunch of dumb questions (and continue to ask). He helped my mom find her house to raise me and I knew that I could trust him to help us find what we need without spending too much.
