Faruk is about the best realtor you could ask for. He is knowledgeable, patient and engaged. The best guy to have with you on a house hunt. Every walk through and open house he had fantastic insights and observations. Always gave a frank assessment of the property. I want to stress that part, because there were several times where it would have been in his financial best interest to push to purchase especially when the asking price was high. But he never did that. If a house had issues and wasn't worth the asking price he would council you to move on or make a realistic bid.
